• Help companies across the deal continuum developing the right strategy, identifying issues and points of negotiation and value, and executing the deal seamlessly.
• Lead a diverse team with complete accountability for my practice.
• Pursue, create and cultivate client relationships.
• Develop relationships within PwC Network regionally and globally and make significant contributions to cross-border efforts and pursuits.
• Plan for and monitor business development activities to deliver against targets.
• Quickly developing an understanding of the target business and its drivers
• Reporting of potential key issues for our client including identification of risk or price affecting considerations
• Lead and coordinate the fieldwork team in an effective and efficient manner on a day-to-day.
• Ensure that engagements are executed in accordance with the firm’s methodologies and guidance, and professional standards, on a timely basis, and within budget.
