Projects Experience:
□ Takreer Ruwais Refinery Project - Refinery in Abu-Dhabi.
- Modelling the side stripper for Kerosene and HGO for the distillation tower.
- Modelling the Catalytic Reforming Reactor (CCR unit) consisting of 3 Reactor, fired Heater and 3 Compressors.
- Prepare the data base form Triconex system and connect the dynamic simulation with the real ESD (Emergence shutdown system).
- Prepare and connect the simulation with the real transmitters and controllers (FSIM plus).
□ China Nuclear Power Plant - Altran - Beijing.
Huge power plant in China to generate electricity from 8 units depends on the nuclear fission.
- Check and test the 1E safety logic for the units mainly the reactors according to the cause and effect, start up and shutdown procedures.
- Check and test the Hardware connection between Triconex (ESD) and SVDU system with the main controllers.
□ Shaybah IGHC (Shaybah Increased Gas Handling Capacity) - Saudi Aramco.
- Prepare and modified the project schedule MS Project Office.
- Modelling TEG Regeneration unit (Tri Ethylene Glycol), Gosp-4 (Gas Oil Separation plant) consisting of Glycol still column, Glycol Reboiler, and Glycol accumulator.
□ Methanol plant (Syn-Gas Compressor) - Methanex Netherland.
- Dynamic modelling of Extraction Steam Turbine system connected with 3 stage compressors.
- Building the logic according to cause and effect diagrams.
- Connect the simulation model with Tristation through Trisim Engine ESD.
□ Takreer Abo Dhabi (ARD) - Refinery in Abo-Dhabi.
- Modelling of Crude unit consisting mainly Naphtha over head, Kerosene stripper and the Fired heater.
□ OTS EXXON MOBIL - Baytown Olefins Plant (BOP).
- Modelling the PRU unit (Propylene refrigeration unit) consisting mainly of steam turbine with four compressors.
□ OTS BP Cherry Refinery (BP) - Delayed Coker.
- Modelling the Tail Gas units mainly consisting of Thermal Oxidizer and Absorber Tower.
- Building the logic for starting and stopping the pumps Hand of Auto (HOA).
- Building the logic according to cause and effect diagrams.
□ OTS QURAYYAH SEA WATER PLANT (SAUDI ARAMCO COMPANY).
- Modelling the Sodium Hypochlorite unit from utility sea water using Dynsim - Simsci.
- Modelling the Head shipping pump manifolds.
- Building the logic according to the cause and effect diagrams.
- Creating the HMI (Human Machines Interface) of the Emerson DCS using InTouch.
□ OTS KNPC (KUWAIT NATURE PETROLEUM COMPANY).
- Emulate ARD, HCR, HP and FCC units using InTouch - Wonderware.
- Creating the HMI (Human Machines Interface) of the TDC3000, Fox IA DCS using InTouch
Working in Hydro Flow- Egypt Co. for physical water treatment for (Boilers, Heat Exchangers, Chillers, Cooling towers and swimming pools).
The physical water treatment depends on electromagnetic field by sending random Radio waves to minimize the scaling by convert the dissolved salts of (Ca, Mg) to suspended salts.
