Works Assignments :
1. Plan and organize technical projects from conception to completion.
2. Coordinate and communicate between various areas; supervise and train project staff as needed.
3. Reviews contractor bids; interviews and assigns personnel to specific phases and elements of the project. Through project coordination meetings and other forms of communication, oversees and coordinates the technical aspects of the project.
4. Utilize engineering knowledge for project management; estimate timelines and schedules; anticipate risks and costs related to the technical aspects of the project.
5. Evaluate the technical feasibility of proposed project and determine the optimum conceptual design for the project considering Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) aspect

Work Assignments :
1. Review site report, highlight and investigate shutdown causes and problems
2. Follow-up the preventive and major maintenance plan of site
3. Reviews project plans and proposals, then works with management to develop project objectives. Identifies project responsibilities by determining the phases and elements of the project. Calculates time frames and sequences the stages of the project.
4. Studies product design, customer requirements performance standards, then determines project specifications. Presents cost estimates and performance standards. Conducts tests assuring safe and satisfactory product performance.
5. Prepares status reports and regularly monitors budgets, contractors and schedules. Allocates project resources appropriately; approves expenditures; employee contractor contracts. Keeps an accurate record and electronic data base of all elements of the projects.
6. Presents procedures, rules and regulations to those involved in the project; maintains a safe, clean and productive environment through enforcing procedures. Maintains project integrity and reputation through compliance with state and federal regulations

Works Assignments :

1. Perform preliminary engineering and work together with Process/Mechanical/Piping/Electrical Engineer & Designer to develop piping and instrument diagram, Instrument Calculation, hook up drawings, logic & schematic drawings, detail construction drawings, location plan, cable lay out, cable schedule, Instrument termination, and material take off.
2. Review, comments, and approves vendor drawings for instrumentation & control equipment and submit appropriate recommendation to the clients.
3. Support project engineers to estimate man hour estimation, Scope of work, Master Deliverables Register, Instrument Document completion, Site observation, Instrument team arrangement, and target project completion as necessary.
4. Generate instrument philosophy, instrument specification, Instrument datasheet, Instrument calculation, Instrument list, Instrument drawing and instrument management activity as per project requirement.
5. Assist in preparation of commissioning and operating manual. Prepare Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Tie-in to the existing system.
6. Review detail engineering designs include P&ID, PFD, SLD, Instrumentation Layout/Connection Diagram, Instrument Data Sheet, Job Risk Assessment, Logic Diagram, Cause & Effect Matrix for ESD/F&G, SAT/Commissioning/StartUp Procedures, Operational Test Procedure (OTP) for Coal Captive Power Plant.
7. Supervising Instrument Hook-Up, Instrument & Electrical Inspection, Functional Test, Loop-Check, Closing Punch List, and approving certain completion documents for SAT/Commissioning/Start-Up phases.
8. Responsible for Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning/Start-Up activities for all instrumentation and certain System Packages.
9. Supporting Pre-Commissioning/Construction activities in Instrument inspection & installation, and assisting contractors for reviewing & closing punch lists.
10. Supporting in troubleshooting during normal production 3X330 MW Coal Fired Power Plant
11. Give technical assistance during construction, commissioning, and start Up activities

Works Assignments :

1. To integrate and manage all petrochemical-instrumentation projects (field instrument, analyzer, PLC, DCS, SIS) from the initial conception stage through to commissioning and start up.
2. To coordinate petrochemical instrument maintenance team to ensure quality maintenance based on Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), QMS (ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14000:1996 and OHSAS 18000)

Works Assignments :

1. To coordinate instrument teams to focus on the overall picture at a very early stage and establish priorities and coordinates activities with a project 2500 TCD Refinery Sugar Plant.
