To support HR Manager & Talent Acquisition Team with any task or
objectives assigned by the Manager.
Coordinating with different Departmental heads & Talent Acquisition
Team for employee requisition.
Use several recruitment methods and several ways of finding suitable
high caliber candidates.
Properly follow up the full selection process with Talent Acquisition
Team to complete the requisition, thorough verification of all documents and certificates, reference checks on the candidates, making sure all the customers concerned are always receiving continuous feedback.
Complete the necessary documentation and joining formalities for new employee, assist new employee with travel arrangements,
To coordinate with the new joiners to get required Documents to apply work permit, residence visa, etc.
Maintain a proper statistic reports and updated HR database.
Maintain all necessary records pertaining to recruitment & selection.
Issuing offer letter and ensure to receive it back after acknowledging.
Provide a proper Assistant to the senior HR Officers.
Preparing and maintaining employee insurance beneficiary list. Having close coordination with insurance companies/ brokers, submitting all documents required for renewal/ approval. Monitoring and verifying the correctness of invoices of insurance brokers.
Preparing, develop and implement procedures and policies on staff recruitment.
Monitoring of employees visa and labour card expiries. Visa renewal procedures of employees shall done on time.
To support the HR Manager by maintaining documents like employee passports, Employees Educational Certificates, Employee legal documents and Training Certificates.
Maintaining the Employees Details, Entire company license in proper documentation and monitoring their expiry date.
Be conversant with documents and record control procedure.
Manage day to day functions of Accounts.
Checking of Cash Payment and Bank Payment vouchers.
Monthly sales & purchase report.
Monthly inventory report.
Petty cash Handling.
Reconciliation of bank statements.
Checking, postings & Balancing ledgers.
