Key Responsibilities:

Drive business process efficiency: Manage ERP system implementation projects to meet evolving company needs. Coordinate with consultants to analyze and prioritize ERP E-tickets. Ensure project success: Maintain formal documentation and evidence for plans, changes, and inspections throughout the project lifecycle. Leverage cloud technologies: Manage web hosting on GCP, including VM instance creation, user access control, and storage optimization. Foster collaborative environment: Lead site upgrades and design initiatives, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Stay ahead of the curve: Track industry trends, promote innovation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, SEO, sales, marketing) to achieve optimal usability and performance.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain a robust IT infrastructure: Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software programs to ensure optimal performance. Integrate new hardware and software components seamlessly. Troubleshoot network issues: Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems across local (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN). Optimize employee workflows: Install, configure, and maintain time attendance fingerprint devices to streamline time management processes. Provide exceptional user support: Diagnose and resolve technical problems encountered by users during their daily work routines, ensuring a smooth and productive work environment.
