• Explored and implemented Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning,
and Deep Learning models.Utilized Internet of Things (IoT)
technologies and communication protocols for remote system
control and monitoring.

Selected as one of only 4 teams from a pool of 24 applicants for a
highly competitive internship at Juhayna Food Industries, I am
currently spearheading an energy optimization initiative to bring
fresh-eye innovations to large-scale dairy manufacturing. My work
focuses on significantly reducing electricity, natural gas, and steam
consumption per ton of production by designing a comprehensive,
three-step methodology to eliminate systemic heat leaks. By
engineering technical solutions—including a Boiler Heat Wrap &
Smart Recovery system, an exhaust-to-inlet Fuel Pre-Heating System,
and High-Performance Thermal Jackets—the project aims to drive
major improvements in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) for
TetraPak machines, increase asset longevity, and advance the facility
toward a closed-loop, zero-waste manufacturing model.

Completed a one-month technical internship at EAI, gaining hands-on
experience in Quality Control & Assurance, Process and Test
Engineering, Mobile & TV Production, SMT technology, and electronic
repairs. Developed skills in inspection techniques, process
optimization, defect analysis, and applied ISO/Six Sigma quality
standards.

I completed an internship at Al-Raidah for Development and Plastic
Industries. During this period, I gained valuable hands-on experience
in the operation of injection molding machines. I became familiar
with the mold structure, its cooling system, and the process of
starting and shutting down the machine. I also developed a good
understanding of the machines electrical system and working
mechanism. Additionally, I had the opportunity to work with the
control system and observe skilled technicians during operation,
which helped me understand real-world technical practices and
teamwork in an industrial environment.
