Review of designs, Specifications and working shop drawings.
Review outsourced Engineering offices’ drawings and coordinate their approval process.
Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
Ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project & client requirements.
Study and prepare Requests for Information (RFIs) for missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters.
Monitor project activities to ensure exact following of program of work.
Identify time schedule deviations and arrange early warnings and information.
Review of designs, Specifications and drawings.
Check drawings for conformity and accuracy.
Ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project & client requirements.
Represent the office for any technical meetings or issues.
Coordinate between all disciplines.
Coordinate between 3 offices (Innovators Cairo, Innovators Riyadh and ABV ROCK).
Prepare and analyze architectural shop, Tender and workshop drawings with AutoCAD.
Study architectural drawings, specifications, and supporting documents.
Modify drawings by studying changes; redrawing requirements; changing identifications.
Resolve discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
Fully understand the project details and requirements, by being fully aware of the drawings and specifications.
Coordinates and cooperates with colleagues and other departments.
Prepare bill of quantity (BOQ) according to design.
Produces shop drawings after coordination between all disciplines.
Prepare and analyze architectural workshop drawings with AutoCAD.

Assists in the preparation for plans for existing buildings where plans are not available.
Assists in developing and/or coordinating development of detailed working drawings and specifications after approval for project has been obtained.

Proactively follow up leads generated from canvassing by the account managers.
Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with companies who are not already on the database
Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business.
Work closely with the marketing team to achieve sales objectives.
Finding new data sources using the internet.
Filter and “clean” data, and review the duplicate records and ensure that the database is accurate.
Lease effectively with all departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing Best Practice Ideas.
