Job Responsibilities:
• (ORAT) Operational Readiness, Activation and Transition In cooperation with Munich Airport team.
• Readiness assessment for KAIA project to manage and mitigate Readiness risks.
• Observation Quality and Safety Issues to guide the contractor to the right way of execution.
Job Responsibilities:
• Inspection of all site works according to the specifications and approved drawing.
• Responsible for inspection of Civil works such as Reinforcement & Formworks, Concrete Pour Card before, during & after concreting to ensure that it is according to project design specification and tolerances are followed.
• Responsible for inspection of Architectural works such as Blockworks, Internal & External Plastering, Waterproofing & Insulation, Primer & Painting, Tile & Stonework’s, Stair handrail & Window works etc.
• Inspect all backfill operations to ensure that the project requirements are followed.
• Provide guidance to Sites Engineers in relation to building works, ensure progress according to schedule, quality standards is maintained, site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time.
• Responsible for inspection of material (MIR), which is delivered to site whether it is as per Approved / BOQ material & without damages.
• Review / correction of “As Built” drawings submitted by contractor.
• Preparation of Punch-list & Checklist of the project during project handover.
• Checking of Calibration of Concrete Batching plant, Block Factory & other Laboratory Equipment’s & the observation of Laboratory tests.
• Responsible for follow-up of NCR closing & its documentation.
• Coordinating with Quantity Surveying and Billing Department regarding WIR rejections & NCR.
• Weekly meeting of Project Manager regarding Contractors Quality Plan are in accordance with the requirements specified in the AECOMs Quality Plan.
• Observation Quality and Safety Issues to guide the contractor to the right way of execution.
• Estimation of progress ratio to compute monthly contractor payment.
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist project Resident Engineer, in addition to prepare weekly and monthly reports include any notes that should draw the attention of Contractor to it, with observation of progress ratio to avoid delay reasons.
• Review and update the Time Schedule.
• Checking the Shop Drawings.
• Inspection of all site work.
• Coordination with citizens to solve the problems of obstacles and Property.
• Checking all Quality Control Tests of Asphalt, Concrete Works and Embankments.
• Implementation and maintenance of Tharjat field roads.
• Implementation of Petrol Drilling platforms.
• Develop Project plans and Strategies.
• Documentation for the various phases of the project.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Follow-up of all the Construction Work.
• Implementation a unit of Wastewater Treatment.
