Manage the sales function for the accounts that require a sales supervision and monitor all the HR functionsto
ensure efficiency:
-Supervise and monitor the performance of the sales team.
-Support the OD team with the activities related to performance evaluation and assessments
-Submit monthly HR report on all critical / open and pending cases.
-Visit the stores to supervise the sales daily operations.
-Track the daily attendance of the sales team.
-Submit periodic sales report to follow up on the sales results.
-Monitor the HR team to ensure that all daily operations are complied with the required standards.
Manage all the HR functions for two accounts:
-Update the database weekly with the newly hired and resigned employees.
-Supervise the hiring process for the newly hired employees.
-Supervise the resignation process for the resigned employees.
-Monitor the process of bank accounts opening and ensure that all the outsourced staff received their payroll
on time.
-Monitor the process of social, medical and life insurance.
-Prepare social insurance report to provide clear and concise information about the social insurance, to ensure
that all the outsourced employees socially insured under EgyBell.
-Supervise the recruitment and selection processes.
Responsible for all the assigned HR & Operations tasks related to EgyBell:
-Responsible for the recruitment and selection processes.
-Responsible for personnel duties
-Participate in creating performance management system and apply it each quarter to the rest of the
employees
-Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
-Assist in providing an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to all the outsourced staff.
-Assist in updating Medical Insurance network to our clients’ representative.
-Maintain quality customer service by responding to the outsourced staff medical requests/inquires (approvals,
refunds, and lost cards reissue) through EGYBELL dedicated medical issues domain in order to avoid any complain
-Control receipt of the stock keeping unit
-Monitor and manage the warehouse store area to ensure better utilization of space.
-Ensure delivering maximum customer experience.
-Responsible for the sales of the store
-Manage and achieve the target monthly.
-Mentor the daily operations in the store
