Kindasa Water Services (KWS) is a limited liability company incorporated in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia in the year 2000. It is the first private potable water supply company engaged in seawater desalination and distribution of potable water to Jeddah industrial estate and residential complexes in Jeddah.
Organizational relationship:
Reports to: General Manager.
Coordinates with: Operation Manager, Product Movement Eng.

Main duties and Responsibilities :
- Survey and research the market for tenders and projects in the scope of our work.
- Engaging new market segments and creating new lines of business.
- Developing marketing channels.
- - Prepare presentations for the prospective client to see how we can meet and approach
the client needs and requirements .

Main duties and Responsibilities :
- Survey the market for prospective customers.
- Monitor and study the market demand and potential every quarter.
- Establish and maintain business relations with current and prospects customers.
- Search and obtain new customers and reestablish Un-active customers.
- Perform periodical visits to customers to answer their inquiries and ensure their satisfaction of product and services.
- Ensure immediate and satisfactory response to customer complains.
- Search and follow up for new sales opportunities and projects and to submit observation report every quarter.
- Prepare and submit periodical activity reports :
• Market segmentation (quarterly)
• Prospect Customer report (weekly)
• New projects and opportunities (Monthly)
- Perform other duties as required by the Sales Manager.
