• visiting existing customers on regular journey plan.
• Price checking, store and stock checking stock rotation, cash/cheque collection as defined by the type of customer grading.
• Responsible for completing all reports timely and in line with company policy and requirements.
• Detect the pulse of the market and inform the Team leader on a regular basis.
• Periodically analyze the market sales strategies and pass feedback to team leader.
• POS management & ensure top visibility for each Brands.
• Monitor credit &collection for all the customers.
• Providing effective customer service, taking care of the customer disputes.
