Job description:
•Establish the planning department to act as material control and production planning.
•Create BOM multi levels and planning with engineering department for each finish product.
•Create schedule repair items (overhauls) for our machines (Generators-Pumps Compressors).
•Create code structure for every items with technical description with engineering department.
•Categorize the consumable items and create safety stock and reorder point system for them.
•Control the non-consumable items with mini-max (KANBAN) system.
•Create the monthly plan according to forecast and check the required items.
•Create ABC analysis for consumable with price as basic and create blanket orders for "A" category.
•Monitor the over-consumption for items and use root cause analysis to make preventive action.
•Rearrange the items in inventory to increase the utilization of inventory using (FNSD, 5S) tools.
•Calculate the set up time and run time for each processes and create cycle time for every product.
•Create operation schedule and work orders according for sales required based on cycle time and available time.
Job description:
•Help the site manager to meet the monthly target and react with sudden issues.
•Execute the breakdown maintenance if it possible and overcome it.
•Deal with subcontractors for equipment, workers and trucks.
•Calculate the amount of products that have produced and calculate progress bills for suppliers and clients.
•Order the required material like fuel and engine oil twice monthly.
