NE1 is a Project Company (shared by Acwa Power, DEWA & Silk Road F.) developing the 4th phase of Mohamed Bin Rashed Solar Park, which will be at its completion the largest Concentrated Solar Power (CSP) Plant in the world with 700 MW + 250MW PV.
My mission is to review, approve and ensure implementation of the Project HSSE Management Plan and its related procedures, in accordance with applicable laws and standards, and respect of the contractual clauses. Monitor the preparedness of emergency responses. Perform HSE Assessments on EPC and EPC Subcontractors. Support and lead the HSSE team to develop their skills, stay motivated and maximize their performance. Coordinate with Construction and Commissioning Managers and contribute in the review of method statements and work plans
The company was developing Noor Ouarzazat Solar Complex, which is the largest Concentrated Solar Power (CSP) single Plant in the world with 500 MW capacity.
My mission was to supervise the site and ensure all HSSE concerns are identified and controlled by the EPC. Monitor the performance and implementation of HSE Plan and related Procedures. Lead the HSSE team and ensure site coverage. Assist the HSSE Manager. Drive the EPC and Subcontractors site teams to make the site a safer and healthier workplace and promote safety culture
Support HSEC Manager, provide assistance to HSEC team and subcontractors. Manage the administrative work and analyze available records and data (path & trend analysis). Contribute in development of Method Statements Risk Assessments and provide engineering and administrative solutions. Receive Safety observations and ensure close out
The company was handling EPC of the Slurry Phosphate Pipeline Project for the client OCP/JESA, which represents the mean of transport of washed phosphates form wash plants to El Jorf LASFAR for treatment, with more than 180 Km of pipelines and four stations including Head Station and Terminal Station.
My mission was to prepare risk assessments and provide adequate control measures. Ensure HSE coverage. Implement emergency plans and investigate incidents. Monitor the respect of standards and applicable laws
The company is specialized in metallic fabrication, welding and boiler works with four workshops and one warehouse of different material.
My mission was to ensure safety of workers and material. Provide safe working procedures according to relevant legislation. Provide adequate trainings. Lead inspections and safety walkdown and report findings to concerned parties
