Compile and administrate day to day activities with regards to Fit Out Design works, starting from receiving request, prepare quotes, No Objection Certificate (NOC), follow up with clients for approval, response to inquiries for the concerned parties, prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on the state of Fit out Projects in hand to the senior management. Updating Fit out projects database including various documents controller tasks.

Main Task: • Archive & Updates of Main Fit out Delivery Tracker in daily basis, starting to receive request for Quotation and NOC Projects • Archive and updates in Fit Out tracker, ROM issue & approval, Quotation issue & approval, NOC issue, Assigned PM, Iproc, work order issued, permit to work, Work Mobilization Plan Schedule, Purchase order Issuance, LPO, payment & invoice details & Completion Certificate report, closing documents, as built. • Prepare Memorandum under Design Stage, for Quotation & NOC Projects, in hand to the General manager of Fit out for sign approval and send to stakeholders. • Issue Quotation project to Stakeholder for approval and follow up for the budget transfer approval Iproc & LPO., material approval and delivery schedule. including work service order send to the contractor, permit to work, mobilization plan schedule & kick of meeting to proceed for the construction. • Issue NOC project to Stakeholder (Non-objection Letter), for their request, including approved scope of works, Material submittals, drawings & MSRA, and coordinating with FOC manager for Engineer allocation. • Support & Coordination with Fit out Design & Construction departments in day-to-day activities, Monitoring NOC & Quotation projects updates • Prepare updated Fit Out Tracker weekly report, for Quotation & NOC Projects, uploading in Microsoft SQL and Tableau for Director review, general manager, stakeholders review. • Archive and updating NOC projects with the duration review days and preparing monthly, quarterly report as require by the Head of Fit Out & line managers.
