 Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, work orders, and maintenance logs.
Generate reports on equipment performance, maintenance trends, downtime analysis, and recommend improvements or upgrades as needed.
 Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and procedures. Monitor alarms and respond promptly to any emergencies or abnormal conditions to prevent accidents and equipment damage.
 Spare Parts Management: Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumables required for maintenance activities.
Optimize spare parts stocking levels, track usage, and coordinate procurement to ensure availability of critical components when needed.
 Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to emergencies such as power outages, equipment failures, or safety incidents. Follow established protocols and procedures to mitigate risks and minimize downtime.
