Responsibilities:
*Closely monitoring operation & evaluating performance of project’s utility plants.Project includes: Pump-station, Boiler, Chiller, Solar-Heating, Sewage Treatment, & RO Plants.
*Supervising operation of mechanical systems in all Academic, Housing, & Recreation buildings.
* Generating reports, issuing Maintenance work orders & follow-up using MAXIMO system.
*Follow-up on CM & PPM schedules, participating in contractor evaluation & KPI calculations.
The Princess Noura University project covers about 8 millions square meters and located on King Khalid International Airport Road north of Riyadh. The total built up area is around 3 millions square meters. The university includes Administration Buildings, 13 Faculties, a 700-bed Student Hospital, Research Centers, Central Library, Residential Areas that includes accommodation for students and staff, 2 Kindergarten Schools, 2 Stadiums, 2 Sports Centers, Clock Tower, Main Mosque, Conference & Convention center, Ceremonial Plaza and finally an Internal Metro-line with 9 Drop-off Stations. PNU Campus includes 12 LEED Certifed Buildings.

APCO is in the field of Aluminum high level fabrication, where the factory input is raw aluminum bars and our end-product could be any of windows, doors, Structural fronts, Curtain wall, Cladding, Domes, etc..
After my abilities were proven to be while worthy within the first couple of months, management decided to put me in charge of running the entire production line, my responsibilities could be summed up into:
* Receiving raw material shipments.
* Managing storage in private warehouses.
* Preparing cutting lists for aluminum using personally developed & customized software.
* Supervising the fabrication process and managing a crew of 50+ workers.
* Introduction & execution of a new reporting system between
production line, installation teams & management.
* Quality control
* Preparing delivery of end products.
Specifications: Duplex, Two floors + roof, over-flow swimming pool, outdoor landscape, 400 m²
Scope of work:
*Receiving shop-drawings and hand-over to subcontractors & supervise site works accordingly
*Coordination with different subcontractors
*Follow up on delivery
*Site/Works inspection
*Supervise swimming pool works
*Reporting on site status with documentation
The Sumed pipeline (also known as Suez-Mediterranean pipeline) is an oil pipeline in Egypt, running from the Ain Sukhna terminal on the Gulf of Suez to offshore Sidi Kerir, Alexandria on the Mediterranean Sea. It provides an alternative to the Suez Canal for transporting oil from the Persian Gulf region to the Mediterranean.
