Carried out audit engagements. My role in the assurance department requires me to create
financial statements from scratch, coordinate with clients about audit requirements and
suitable times for meetings, and to assist in finalizing engagements. I work on other tasks as
well such as, inventory counts, reviewing of financial statements, and administrative tasks. I
have worked on many financial statements for firms working in many different industries. I
have worked under all the managers and seniors in my firm, and I was able to create a

Picking samples for the audit. Verifying supporting documents. Putting data on excel worksheets and presenting them to supervisors. Translating Arabic documents into English. Double-checking and casting financial statements for mistakes. Going on inventory count
and preparing inventory count sheet.
Accounts payable as well as doing bank reconciliation daily. Used Oracle’s accounting
system MICROS and Bright during work.
