Managed and secured large corporate deals to achieve economies of scale and exploit synergies & efficiencies for the Group. Led enterprise-wide projects to improve HR policies, business processes and procurement activities to realize the envisaged corporate goals of the Company.

Led and managed the Human Capital service line in Kuwait, overseeing all sales opportunities, and managing a team of consultants. Directed planning and execution of major on-site human capital consulting engagements in the ME region across diverse disciplines and industries.

Focused on providing ‘best practice’ business advisory services in various industries, particularly in the Banking & Investment Sector. Worked as an active senior team member on a variety of engagements aimed at fulfilling the needs of some of Kuwait’s major industry leaders.
