Responsible for Reviewing ledger, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation and booking entries according to stated procedures so that all transactions are recorded in a timely and accurate manner
- Responsible for handling the issues of monthly trial balance, preparation of profit and loss statements and financial reports, including monthly and annual accounts so that all required information is available for review in a timely manner.
- Internal auditing Of the group companies accounting books
- Responsible for providing advice as required to other business areas to ensure clarity concerning financial performance and financial requirements.
- Responsible for maintaining financial files and information in a way that allows ease of retrieval of information and reports.
- Knowledgeable with the Saudi laws, such as, Zakat, TAX and commercial law
- Prepare work papers and supporting schedules for the annual financial review
- Responsible for the implementation and updating of the ERP accounting program using oracle ( C MACC ) in all the branches and sister companies
- Maintaining & improving the company’s relationship with suppliers, Subcontractors & creditors.
- Familiar with the local as well as Foreign supply standard terms condition, and familiar with LC, LG and other relevant issues
preparing for costing transactions, cost run for all items, materials ledger, inventory costing, annual count of inventory, WIP calculations, matching actual cost with standard cost and analyse the variances, check and approve the inventory adjustment and day to day costing and accounting (AP, GL & costing works) and communicate with other department, top management and issuing the needs reports.
supervision on all company GL & AP transactions.
check and approve bank reconsecration.
check over petty cash balances and experiences.
preparing for monthly closing process.
coordinating with internal & external audit and follwup with auditor up to issuing financial statements.
controlling over company expenses.
check & booking all vendors transactions (invoicing, payments & other translations)

inter company reconciliations and book related transactions
controlling over all company outgoing & incoming payments paid for vendors, employees, other beneficiary and received from agents.
preparing banking document (LC, LG, TT & Bill collections)
