• Manage a team of estimation engineers preparing rate build-ups, material pricing assumptions, and technical-commercial proposal responses.
• Apply prior QS experience in interim payment certificates, subcontractor payment assessments, and cost substantiation records to strengthen current BOQ validation, pricing schedules, variation cost assessment, and cost reporting activities.
• Develop and improve estimation workflows, BOQ validation methods, and cost reporting formats, applying AI-assisted tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM) to support tender document review and reporting.
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations and analyze Saudi market pricing, and review cost breakdowns, pricing assumptions, and variation inputs to support cost control, budget alignment, and management reporting.
• Partner with senior management in bid/no-bid discussions, contributing commercial input, risk considerations, and resource capability assessments.
• Direct BIM 5D quantity and cost planning activities, perform quantity takeoffs using BIM 5D digital extraction and Dynamo automation, and ensure workflows remain fully compliant with client and internal governance standards.
• Support pre-contract commercial operations under FIDIC-based contracts, including variation cost assessment and claims documentation support.
