Responsibility in brief:
1- Supervise FE engineer and training new engineer
2- Implementing new devices and trunks and WIFI customers from Core side.
3- Performing operations or modifications on network to achieve technologies, enhancements required and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities in LDN (LINK dot NET) network in details:
1- DSL Upgrade:
Supervise FE engineer in installing new ADSL cards (NALT-J, NALT-E, ... etc.)
Provisioning new ADSL ports (physically, apply QOS and any required admin work such as (Tracer application and mails ... etc.)).
2- Network task:
Supervise FE engineer in installation and apply needed configuration for new devises in LDN network such as (ATM DSLAMs, IP DSLAMs, Juniper or Cisco ….etc.).
Supervise FE engineer in installing new Trunks that will join to any pop in LDN network.
Supervise FE engineer in installation and apply needed configure for new WIFI and Link Zone project from Core side.
2nd Level Support for FE engineer, NOC in installation phase for any device in LDN network.
Escalation and interface with Core and Access team for equipment and SW related issues (Bugs, Problems, etc.)
Troubleshooting Network technical problems in installation phase and delivery phase.
3- Operation task:
Performing provisioning steps on Cisco routers, switches, Juniper M-series and E-series, Access servers, & DSLAMs for LDN topology modification including (setup modification, service migration from (IP to ATM or vies versa), hardware modification, DSL termination modification.)
Perform any required modification in LDN network to achieve the required enhancement and network technology.
4- Providing technical guide documentations for network troubleshooting and network configurations details
5- Managing Access network element by AWS or AMS application.
6- Coordinating between other departments to maintain the performance of the network.
Responsibility in brief:
1- Implementing new devices and trunks and WIFI customers from Core side.
2- Performing operations or modifications on LINKdotNET network all over egypt to achieve technologies, enhancements required and customer satisfaction.
3- Activating DSL service in new POP or upgraded ones.

First :
