- Analyze Production machines productivity and overall monthly plant capacity.
- Conduct studies to obtain required manpower, machines target productivity, workers activities target and plant capacity.
- Provide customer product design for pricing to commercial department.
- Plan the orders, delivery dates and required materials, provide machines production schedule and monitor the plant to ensure its implementation
effectiveness.
- Manage Procurement to get the required materials, machines and parts.
- Ensure Safety working environment and coordinate the installation of safety equipment.
- Assign plant machines for preventive maintenance according to the production schedule and follow up machines breakdown.
- Ensure quality of the products and establish new procedures to assure it.
- Implement continuous improvement to enhance the control of material and scrap, improve working condition by design machines parts and tools, enhance productivity and eliminate recurrences of different issues.
- Review orders technical sheet and create effective machines production schedule to achieve monthly plan target.
- Monitor the plant regularly to evaluate work performance and ensure working according to safety regulation.
- Establish work procedures to ensure optimized quality maintained.
- Conduct training for plant workers to enhance their knowledge in work best practices.
- Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production machines.
- Specify plant requirement for consumable materials and different tools needed and Process the purchase order in ERP system.
- Design mechanical parts and tools to enhance working condition and support target achieving.
- Drive the use of best manufacturing practices such as lean manufacturing, visual management, waste elimination, and 5S.
- Implement a quality management and control program for the project.
- Monitor and control all inspection activities on site.
- Finalize and complete the necessary documentation to verify the work performed.
- Ensure that the inspection requests are implemented.
- Ensure that all test reports are verified to meet the contract requirements.
- Ensure all materials delivered to site are inspected and confirm to specified requirement.
- Issue and administer the Non-Compliance reports as necessary and to ensure follow-up and closing.
- Report to the project manager any deficiencies in the operation of quality system and its control measures.
- Finalize the quality documentation in a presentable manner, in accordance with the conditions of the contract.
- Follow up, monitor, and control snagging and de-snagging raised by the main contractor/consultant.
- Follow up for close out of material submittal comments in coordination with discipline project engineers.
- Perform engineering analysis to outline the required Manpower and machines productivity.
- Plan and coordinate production engineering processes on daily basis to produce high quality products.
- Develop ISO 9001 Production documentation ( work instructions, work procedures, SOP's, Production Reports ) .
- Ensure quality of the product and follow up machines breakdown.
- Coordinate new machines commissioning process among different departments and provide related commissioning reports.
