• Organizing administrative coordination procedures and system correlation with the company policies.
• Control of all documentation incoming and outgoing correspondence, drawings, third Party and general filing.
• Control of all documentation relevant to the project with regards to compilation of Request for Inspection (RFI) of all discipline regarding inspection document activities, quality records, notification and qualification based on codes, standards and specifications.
• Guide the Quality Control Administrative for organizing and carrying out the task and activities assigned in a manner which is in accordance of Consultant Standard and in the line with the overall objectives and strategies set out for Quality Control Department.
• Preparation of transmittals and letters, and responsible for transmitting the documents to the client, Dar Alhandasah Project Management Team (CM) and Dar Alhandasah Project Inspection Division.
• Finding the correct materials that comply with the project specifications, Make all the third party tests required, Preparing the calculation sheets in the technical office and submit it to consultant for approval, prepare the materials submittals for approvals, getting the materials approvals, Getting the approvals for the materials inspections at site to be ready to install.
• Updating of incoming and outgoing correspondence, documents, transmittals, drawings and document submittal status.
• Assisting the site Manager in preparation site work inspections, Tie-In Packages and Preparation of Quality Management Report (QMR).
• Handling of all incoming and outgoing correspondences, documents, drawings, transmittals and others.
• Guide the Quality Control Administrative to ensure the proper administration of documents, drawings and documents related to the operation of Quality Control department in accordance with Quality System Procedure and operation manual.

-Compact the place (part of natural ground and part of the see) by a sand soil to the required elevation (around 5 m)
-Drilled and cast around 3000 piles under the foundation of the centre (some piles in the see)
-Construct the recreation building above this foundation
**Sandblasting and re-painting for 10 Desalination units (each one 15000 squire meter metal) for the Saline Water Conversion Corporation
Sandblasting for the steel and paint it with a primer coating in the same day
Intermediate coat then top coat
Graduated project: Structural Strengthening using Fiber Reinforced Polymer, Analysis and design, got grade A (95%) I was one of the top three of the Civil Engineering Subjects
