Experience (28) years in the field of law and management, where I started working in this field as an independent lawyer in the Arab Republic of Egypt for a period of (8) years, and Assistant Director of Administrative Affairs at Jassim Al-Wazzan Sons Company in Kuwait for a period of (5) years, and as a manager of legal affairs at the Kuwait Kuthban Company for a period of (15) years and now at Think lab contracting Co for 1 year
To develop personal and functional skills, training courses in the English language were obtained from the Expression Institute up to the fourth level qualified for TOEFL and obtaining courses in computer / Word - Excel - PowerPoint.
As well as obtaining a training course in labor law from Al-Madar Institute - and obtaining a course and accreditation as a certified auditor in the ISO 9001 certificate.

((The company is a pioneer in contacting works in Kuwait))
 Supervision and follow a team of (1) administration employee & (1) Representative, (3Counselor) company Manpower (500 labor).
 Provide legal counsel to the General Manager and boarding & follow legal corporate affairs, Support the internal departments at the company through legal consulting and review (contracting / construction / Labor / Commercial / civil / Real estate / franchise Contracts), due diligence, litigation etc.
 Familiar with Kuwait Construction Field, and international rules (Fedics).
 Deals with legal cases against / favoring ‐ company, clients, subcontractors, suppliers. Or Former employees of the company
 Ensure that all the departments of the company are operating in compliance with legal standards. Studying contracts and other legal documents and ensuring that the terms are to the benefit of the company.
 Securing the assets of the company from illegal encroachments.
 Reporting to General Manager.

 Create and document Bylaws of the Company Matching with Kuwaiti Labor Law No . 6 / 2010. And amendment.

 Obtain the Company classification ( A ) of the municipality / and ( CTC ) Central Tenders Committee in Kuwait
 Judging for us in most of the companys Cases
