Supervision and follow a team of (1) administration employee & (1) Representative, (3Counselor) company Manpower (500 labor).
Provide legal counsel to the General Manager and boarding & follow legal corporate affairs, Support the internal departments at the company through legal consulting and review (contracting / construction / Labor / Commercial / civil / Real estate / franchise Contracts), due diligence, litigation etc.
Familiar with Kuwait Construction Field, and international rules (Fedics).
Deals with legal cases against / favoring ‐ company, clients, subcontractors, suppliers. Or Former employees of the company
Ensure that all the departments of the company are operating in compliance with legal standards. Studying contracts and other legal documents and ensuring that the terms are to the benefit of the company.
Securing the assets of the company from illegal encroachments.
Reporting to General Manager.
Create and document Bylaws of the Company Matching with Kuwaiti Labor Law No . 6 / 2010. And amendment.
Obtain the Company classification ( A ) of the municipality / and ( CTC ) Central Tenders Committee in Kuwait
Judging for us in most of the company's Cases
Developing professional relations with government bodies & external parties & administrative decisions in compliance with the labor law. • Planning & Managing daily activities of assigned employees & ensuring optimization of employee morale and productivity Advising line managers on & facilitating the process of maintaining high and consistent standards of administrative processing & ensuring compliance with requirements of the labor law Undertaking and overseeing administrative processing relating to immigration and residence regulations in connection with employment . • Maintaining and ensuring that all legal requirements such as national and municipal regulations. Developing office procedures and policies by cooperating with The Manger to get a successful system. - Make a high flexible channel between the manger of department and the team of work - Interviewing candidates to determine the best candidate and make reports about them for the manger. Responsible of Maintain filling system and keep data update - Manage calendars, schedule meetings & phone calls. - Handling all Incoming and outgoing correspondence. - Responsible of Receive and prepare emails & faxes. - Communicating with internal and external customers. - Renewal civil id for all Employments in our group. - Filling and archiving incoming and outgoing documents in hard and soft copies to protect the department from any legal question. - Coordinating with HR office to provide Administration Manger with full and confident general reports. - Developing systems by cooperating with IT Department to get a new system suitable with our needs Prepare and print residency for all employ and labor for all wazzan group Which include 14 factory and company and fife thousand labor and also Follow with representative and supervisor on them for work permit and Medical care and insurance? Monthly Report about all works at personnel department with chart and Compare it monthly and yearly
