Responsible for supervising and supporting the Maintenance planning and control activities and its business workflow in coordination with different departments using the implemented CMMS system.
Duties:
•Operating and support the implemented CMMS system and its related database.
•Guiding and following up the workflow on the CMMS system.
•Create new equipment to the CMMS system with all its related attributes if necessary.
•Develop and review maintenance work instruction (MWI) as per manufacturer recommendation.
•Link equipment to its relevant procedure and issue a maintenance plan for it.
•Cooperate with Maintenance Department using the system in managing and controlling maintenance activities including:
•Preparing the Maintenance plans.
•Issuing routine maintenance jobs.
•Contributing to the weekly maintenance meeting.
•Triggering corrective maintenance jobs.
•Familiar with maintenance activities (Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation / Electronics, Piping, HVAC)

• Manage & Maintain PIMS system backup validation & reliability.
• Provide end to end technical support /operations service 24/7 to PIMS through investigation, diagnosis, resolve and provision.
• Communicate with PIMS vendor for software upgrade / repair software bugs.
• Manage PIMS Next-G integrations plan and develop plant equipment performance monitoring reports.
• Manage PIMS database including all updates, upgrades and ensure system Running efficiently
