• O&M Planning & managing takeover of O&M projects.
• Supervising operation and maintenance teams for 3 sewage water treatment plants, about 40 employees’ staff.

• Management and implementation of asset improvement works in the Alkhatim /Ghantoot pumping stations and Alkhatim /Ghantoot treatment plants.
• Selection of vendors and procurement plan.
• Estimating and procuring plant, equipment, spares and consumables.
• Estimating and procuring logistics to the staff personnel (transport, accommodation, etc.).
• Assessing the training requirements for the technical, managerial and O&M teams.
• Preparation of periodic reports.
• Coordinating with different departments within ADSSC and external agencies ADWEA, ADDC, etc.).

- Run and control SCADA system and plant operation.
- Execute production plans within the specific line.
- Prepare shift production reports.
- Reporting production and process to the senior process engineer.
- Manage production information data base, maintain inventory control accuracy and report KPIs.
- Monitor, coordinate product quality test with QC to ensure the product meets standards during the shift.
- Monitor HSE/GMP/QMS regulations and procedures to ensure safe environment for staff/plants during the shift.
- Performing autonomous maintenance in the specific line and arranging with maintenance team for major problems.
- Prepare shifts schedules, assigning staff to their work station and scheduling of their annual leaves.
- Investigates and report all incidents (spills, accidents, poor performance, OOBs/NCBs.
- Lead the production team, mentor and motivate team members, ensuring individual and group productivity
- Working experience in 5S and Kaizen.
- Extruder quality circle(EQC) co-leader, receive reports and check lists from EQC monitors and deliver it to EQC leader, prepare weekly and monthly EQC reports .
Achievements:
- Participate in extruder quality circle as energy monitor and help to reduce power consumption by 40% in the month.
- Participated in a Kaizen event for reducing waste
- Participated in developing new products (2 new products last year) by performing trials and find optimal operation parameters.

-33/11 kv substations, operation (ABB-Schneider-Siemens-Vatech-Areva).
- Installation and maintenance of transformers (ABB, ZENARO, sudatraf).
- Installation and operation of GIS RMU'S (ABB-Schneider- Lucy, ) & oil circuit breaker (brush, bulk).
- underground cables (33/11/0.433) KV Manage teams for cable laying, excavation, checking leveling and trench measurement..
- Detect the fault using DC insulation test and maintain it.
- Installation and maintain overhead lines (33/11/0.433) KV with all its components, Pole mounted transformers and LBS.
