project time.
• Installed a 1 ton/hr. DE-stoner, optimized pipeline connections, and implemented a dust extraction
system to improve cleaning area efficiency.
• Oversaw the installation of a 1 ton/hr. peeling machine, roasters, and brushers system, totaling 15
tons in a vertical expansion plant, along with power connections.
• Refurbished and modified a ½ ton Sesame washing line to ensure proper operation.
• Managed the installation and fabrication of grinder machines, fine grinding machines, and an
efficient transferring and storing system.
• Installed a new HOSOKAWA Halawa cooker to achieve a production rate of 1 ton/hr.
• Implemented installation of a Turkish Halawa Bar line to meet a capacity of ½ ton/hr.

• Developed and supervised the implementation of annual preventive maintenance plans for cooking
and packaging machines.
