Responsible for the implementation of Flexible Engine Public Cloud net and sec infra.
Validating initial configuration for new Devices at Data centers.

- Troubleshooting the L3VPN & L2VPN issues related to the Enterprise Customers.

- Create a new DMVPN tunnel on the ASR for customers who don't have a backup 3G/4G solution or they're mainline has been converted into the fiber.
- Ensure getting a valid reason for outage (RFO) when applicable and note it in detail.
- Troubleshooting the OSPF & BGP issues related to customers who advertise their subnets by these routing protocols.
- Investigating and solving issues related to VPN blocked ports complains by communicating with NTRA through my team leaders.
- Monitoring & scheduling the lines of our customers.
- Communicating with telecom Egypt if there are any issues in the MSAN cabinets in which the local loops of our customers are connected to MSAN.
- Following with the RF teams if there are tunnel fluctuations in the 3G.
- Change Customer's configuration if requested after receiving the approval from the Account manager.
Proving IT support for employees.
Troubleshooting network devices and servers issues.
Providing assistance for All IT Supervisors.
Led the windows 10 upgrade project in Egypt market.
Troubleshooting Hardware and Software issues.
