- Setting weekly, monthly, or quarterly goals based on the team’s performance to date and providing them with regular feedback and guidance on how to achieve them.
- Generating reports tracking how well everyone achieves these seasonal targets and presenting them to the senior management.
- Ensuring that the long-term sales strategy of the business is growing and efficiency-oriented by implementing successful strategies to increase profits and drive revenues to unseen levels.
- Revising every promo that the supervisors setting into chains to ensure those promos are fitting with cost.
- Follow up with account department about chains debt.
