You find here in below my tasks:
-Sourcing the raw materials and monitoring the references of new suppliers according to the company’s purchasing policy.
-Create a plan to choose suppliers based on criteria such as price, quality, deadline, and ESG.
-Manage procurement, stocks and inventory in the ERP system.
-Monitoring and analyzing performance indicators key of suppliers, and develop action plans.
- Establish a sourcing-to-pay process within the company to promote a sustainable, innovative, and responsible approach.
-Anticipate the supply of raw materials, anticipate any shortage risks, and develop plans to ensure their safety.
-Control the structure of the total cost of ownership (TCO) for commodities and the fluctuations of exchange rates in the market.
-Ability to handle suppliers risks and dealing with unstable the raw materials market.
-Follow the new technology monitoring in the market such as IA to develop my SRM.
-conducting the bidding offers (RFI, RFP and RFQ) and negotiate the purchase contracts.
-Preparing forecasts for supplier to ensure continuity of supply.
-Manage the e-commerce rig by launching the PO and the forecasts.
Also you find here in below my key achievements:
I've been in charge of sewing yarn management for Eleven years. During this year, we have developed an application with our supplier which allowed my team to define their real need for this product.
After the pandemic, we had a huge consumption of cardboard boxes at our factory and the prices are too expensive. So, I suggested to my Boss to buy a clearer plastic box instead of cardboard boxes for our internal use only in order to minimize the purchasing cost.
I have developed the baby wear box for our brand Lacoste by using the recycled raw material with the suitable price.
At the meantime I have developed the small box for our customer RESPEKT by using recycled raw material (micro-corrugated board).
Also, I am in charge of bags packaging for our customers according with their specifications and I source the sustainable materials with the low cost.
I have suggested to my Boss to reuse the defective fabric as bag in our factory seeing that we are a producer of the fabrics.
j'ai suivi un parcours spécialisé dans une université de renommé qui m’a procuré une certaine connaissance du domaine relationnel et un sens aigu des responsabilités , de la communication et de l'entrepreneuriat , aussi le développement des marchés à travers le marketing stratégique . Concernant le projet fin d'étude je choisis le sujet service après vente au sein d'une entreprise .
