- Manage Fleet of 40 Machines on site ( Cat, Volvo, Mercidess, Iveco and Renault)
- Following the health and safety rules

- Scheduling the preventive maintenance of equipments
- Arranging people for every problem either mechanical, electrical, hydraulic or pneumatic
- Rebuilding engines Caterpillar and Volvo
- Giving a new life to old heavy equipments
- Manage a team of 15 people
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of a fleet of 54 machines Volvo.
- Visit the machine at the pit and get machine status whether the machine is subject to stop if there’s a problem or send for work if the machine is in good condition.
- Arranging people for every problem either mechanical or electrical.
- Supervise them while they are working at the machine and giving proper instruction or any correction if needed.
- Perform the job and teach the proper way if it is hard for them to fix.
- Making quick decision once the machine is breakdown if it is to fix at the pit garage or send to main workshop for big repair.
- Making decision of the parts if it is possible to repair or need to change new one.
- Performing preventive maintenance at any machine to avoid breakdown and to maintain machine performance.
- Rebuilding old machine
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of a fleet of machines composed of eight 08 drills BUCYRUS SKFX / CAT MD6240 and six 06 shovels RH340/CAT6060FS .
- Perform periodic inspections on the machines under my supervision.
- Carry out technical diagnostics on machines using the documentation and measurement tools.
- Assist the team during major maintenance interventions on shovels.
- Enjoy the time off to inspect and repair the machines to reduce downtime during production and increase availability.
- Ensure that all operations are conducted in a clean respecting safety.
- Troubleshoot and repair machines in the workshop according to the program of maintenance and also in mine. Fill-daily reports of interventions.
- In charge of the training and supervision of local mechanics juniors.
- Respect and enforce the rules of safety in the mine.
- Perform diagnostics on diesel engines using ET (Electronic Technician) and SIS CAT
- Participate in the daily meeting with clients

- Following the plan of preventive maintenance
