• Ensure that HSE standards in the workplace are observed and respected.
• Participate in risk studies related to workplace and professional activities.
• Participate in rescue and fire fighting operations according to internal intervention plan.
• Carry out preventive operations: check the functioning of the fire-fighting equipment.
• Assist in the training of the staff concerning HSE matters.
• Prepare, communicate and follow though Industrial Safety action plans.
• Apply the provisions of the legal and regulatory texts applicable to the project.
• Maintain and update regulatory records.
• Identify, analyze and assess the risks and environmental aspects of the project.
• Develop and implement HSE inspection programs.
• Establish statistics relating to work accidents and communicate them.
• Collaborate with the occupational medecine services.
• Ensure staff training and awareness.
• Study improvements in working conditions and organization.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, standards, guidelines and procedures.
• Ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of the company's HSE policy.
• Monitor the management of recommendations from Environmental Impact Assessments, Hazard Studies, audits, inspections and investigations.
• Staff training and raising HSE awareness.
• Participate in hazard identification and risk assessment.
• Contribute to the implementation of QHSE management systems.
• Ensure compliance with good hygiene, safety and environment protection practices.
• Ensure the implementation and respect of the HACCP approach.
• Collecting sample dishes.
• Train staff concerning HSE subjects.
Main Roles:
- Participate in attaining the company's HSE objectives.
- Make weekly reports and communicate them to the QHSE Manager.
- Collaborate and participate at training the staff alongside with the training manager.
- Plan and carry out HSE inspections.
- Participate in preparing for the upcoming Integrated Management System (ISO 14001, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001) Certification.
