Supervise the collection of information and the effective completion of necessary documentation in relation to any and all security incidents.
Maintain and enforces the client regulations.
Ensure security officers are competent in the operation of the venue Emergency evacuation system and procedures.
Maintain competency in the operation of the venues Emergency evacuation system and procedures.Obtain an effective knowledge of the operation of security equipment installed within the venue including CCTV and alarm systems and insures security officers knowledge of the same.
Maintain a sound knowledge of the venues standard operating procedures as they relate to security issues and ensure security officers knowledge of the same.
Assist in the identification of potential safety hazards.
Comply with direction of security documentation in an appropriate and approved manner and timeframe.
Ensure security officers promote security awareness.
Ensure that security officers are proficient in liaising with the client on any security issue that may impact upon the venue.
Monitor the day -to -day performance of all security officers personnel while on duty.
Ensure training is available to delegated security personnel in the operation of security equipment such as CCTV, Access Alarm system and Duress Alarm.
Extensive knowledge of all aspects of security procedures on day, afternoon and night site.
Ensure that all security staff have adequate knowledge of their specific duties and standard operating procedures.
Schedule security guards to carry static and foot patrols of required areas car parking and building perimeters to maintain the security and safety of all stakeholders.
Ensure security officers maintain a high visible profile within the required areas.
Liaise with project manager \[client if no project manager assigned\] in relation to security issues as they impact upon the area and its surrounds
