Key responsibilities:-

● Collect data from the field
● Interpretation of the questionnaire to Somali when filling the forms
● Correcting any errors and ensuring completeness
● Report to the team leaders and M&E officer in charge
● Actively seeks to understand potential challenges and seek prompt solution, discussion these with the M&E focal point if further deliberations are needed.
● Entry to the accurate data into data base using SPSS software.
● Liaise with the M&E officer on accuracy of the data entry
● Made a follow up visits to learn extra information on data entry methods
● Contact to the Beneficiary to identify any needs and complaints

❖ Communicating with Team Leaders & Managerial about project, event or campaign expectations and goals
❖ Collaborating with Data or employers, finance teams and other team members on budgeting and allocating funds
❖ Delegating tasks to appropriate team members
❖ Managing deadlines and progress across the team to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget
❖ Organizing third-party providers and vendors to deliver elements that can’t be produced in-house
❖ Overseeing the delivery of projects and making adjustments as necessary to ensure they are delivered to specifications and high standards
❖ Collecting and analyzing feedback from customers and other project users to gauge satisfaction and success

❖ The Team Leader will provide clinical service when and where necessary to assist with the resourcing of the service.
❖ Actively lead and support the MCH team in the daily provision of services ensuring adequate resourcing and delivery of services that are responsive to the diverse needs of children and families across
❖ Ensure the planning, practice and delivery of MCH services
❖ Establish and maintain effective and efficient service delivery through the implementation of family centered practice and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
❖ Establish and maintain effective MCH management systems to collect data, monitor and report on the performance of the service
❖ Assist in the preparation, monitoring and management of the program budget to ensure optimum use of resources and provide regular
❖ Prepare and provide detailed and timely information and advice to Coordinator Family Services and funding bodies as required under specified reporting requirements.
❖ Assist the Coordinator Family Services to promote the work and role of the MCH

● Liaise with community leaders and other members of targeted communities in identifying community volunteers and existing community groups interested in health and nutrition activities.
● Conduct regular focus group discussions to identify existing barriers to uptake of services and develop communication strategies to overcome these barriers.
● Develop and conduct training for the community volunteers/group on positive health practices, safe motherhood, infant and young child feeding practices, and general child care and hygiene promotion.
● Support community sensitization activities at the clinics and in the community by community volunteers and other group.
● Identify and provide tools and IEC material to assist in dissemination of information.
● Prepare weekly work plan and ensure timely implementation of the project activities.
● Prepare activity reporting formats and collect weekly activity reports from community volunteers.
● Compile monthly activity report for submission to the health manager.
● Carry out other relevant or requested duties as may be required.
● Key Result Areas:
● Improvement of key health indicators mainly maternal mortality ratio, neonatal mortality ratio, and community population coverage.
● Increased uptake of health services as a strategy of reducing mortality
● Increased uptake of positive practices related to health, nutrition and hygiene.
● Timely and quality health care services to displaced persons, refugees and other vulnerable groups.
● Community volunteers actively participate in health services within their community.
