Responsibilities:
- Development of the mission, goals, and strategies for the sections.
- Establish, subject to Board approval, rules and regulations for the implementation of Board policies.
- Make available to all shops personnel and to the general public all newly proposed policies.
- Keep the Instructions informed as to how policies are being carried out.
- Anticipate problems, where possible, and recommend appropriate policies to the shops before problems actually arise.
- Delegate authority to staff members and work teams as appropriate.
Award 7-Level Certificate: (24271) Equipments. This certificate is RSAF Bachelor's degree of equivalent, it concludes also the 5-level and 3-level.
Technical College - Al-Qassim
Objectives: This section aims at preparing efficient and effective Saudi professional technicians in fields required by Saudi labor market. The section’s training programs were designed to cope with the most up-to-date technology in the field through practical training in modern techniques using advanced technology curriculum which fit with Saudi industry requirements. The Department also aims to: •Contribute in achieving the overall objectives of government development plans in the training sector. •Contribute in training the Saudi youth on various administrative professions to meet the needs of the country. •Integrate with Educational and Training Enterprises for the implementation of the various public policies in education and training. •Provide trainees with the knowledge and skills according to the specialties mentioned. •Acquaint the trainees with the fields where they could work after graduation. •Inform the trainees about the most important opportunities through which they can establish a private enterprise, and the most important procedures to be followed.
