Check Electrical Material (Pre-Inspection) to verify that it’s Approved Material and supplier and check the delivery note and quantities.
Check drawing and make sure it’s per standard regulation.
Check Electrical Systems (Pre-Inspection) to verify that it’s done as per Approved drawing and per Quality Standards.

• Review and verify tender documents such as drawings and specification.

• Preparing Inquiry for required materials and sending for the suppliers as per approved vendor list and Follow up for the Quotations.
• Preparing and Submit the comparison sheet for the materials quotations for Review and approval from the Management.
Following up and supervising all activities of electromechanical contractors in TQ Pharma (electrical wiring, equipment installation, electrical calculations).
• Supervising all maintenance activities relating to the production equipment especially the electrical and the electronics activities.
• Executing the required qualification for the production equipment including (IQ, OQ, PQ), and complete and prepare the required protocol and plans and reports and record all obtained data, and filling up all inspection check lists.
• Preparing the standard operating procedures documents (SOP) for production equipment maintaining and operating, and making the required updating and modifying for these documents.
• Establishing a calibration system for applying the required calibration and verification for the temperature sensors and pressure gauges periodically.
• Following up all electrical and electronics breakdowns including the electrical control panel and wiring and control units such as PLCs, frequency inverters
