• Manage the existing loan portfolio to ensure establishment of appropriate account plans, recommend credit facilities in line with Bank’s credit policy to maximize earnings while containing risks to an acceptable levels.
• Customer / segment identification and subsequent loan negotiations with new and existing relationships under the specific target market to broad base the portfolio and pursue growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong working relations with all existing clients at key levels to optimize the utilization of approved facilities.
• Implement and maintain complete control aspects i.e. financial analysis of statements of accounts, documentation, periodical client visits / call reports, stocks inspections and formal credit checks / informal market feedback to manage the unit’s portfolio effectively.
• Identify opportunities to improve the quality of decision making within the Bank as a whole.
• Work with a variety of audiences including business stakeholders and subject matter experts to undertake effective requirements gathering and analysis.
• Assist with prioritization of business requirements, balancing delivery of business value and technical feasibility.
• Extract and warehouse financial and non-financial data from multiple external sources for the purpose of benchmarking organizational performance.
• Develop and deploy analytical models to provide flexible self-service reporting to key business stakeholders.
• Provide senior management with measurement of performance against key indicators and benchmarks using dashboards located on the corporate intranet
Develop and serve a portfolio of clients' accounts within the assigned business segment (Trading, contracting and real estate )
Maintaining good relationships with existing clients

Enabling clients to seek financing facilities, whether short-term or long-term Renewal of existing files or study of new files, through study of qualitative (Global Markets, specific industries, management, risks in all aspects…) as well as quantitative data (Mainly financial statements, central bank’s data of industries & others).
Financial statement analysis (cash flow statement, income statement, ratio analysis…)
Prepare credit proposals and review loan facilities
