Store opening/ feasibility and market study.
Create checklist of all lease agreements/ legal documents such as CR, Civil Defence, TL, and rent fees payment schedule.
Negotiate commercial terms in the lease/consignments contracts and renewal.
Coordinate with the facility department to ensure adherence to mall regulations.
Developing and expanding international operations (31 locations in 6 countries)
Create a sales forecast, annual budget, and monitor P & L statement.
Monitoring and analysis of Retail operations performance indicators (ATV, UPT conversion rate, Like for like and sales turnover)
Responsible for developing the clientele, CRM.
Recruiting, coaching, and creating incentive schemes for sales team including annual review of KPI and PA.

Ensure that Salesforce schedules effectively meet service requirements based on the flow of sales activities on the floor;
• Set specific and achievable individual targets for team members and monitor sales progress;

• Cater to all tenants’ requests to ensure their satisfaction according to ABC standards;
• Work closely with the Marketing Team in coordinating events and other initiatives on the operational level;
• Ensure the implementation of audit processes and policies.
• Actively seeks inputs from customers and efficiently address complaints to reinforce service standards and ensure smooth running of activities;
• Maintain focus on driving sales, setting work pace and delivering on floor goals.
• Assist in the recruitment of a strong team that demonstrates consistent sales focus and sales oriented behaviors;
• Provide consistent team coaching to ensure continuous improvements, recognize and reward effective skills and behaviors;
• Identify training needs for team to ensure relevant/value added training needs are delivered with support of the Training department;
• Cross train the team to ensure agility and cross functional capabilities;.
