Daily work
My normal work day starts by analyzing the daily problems and the production line losses for example safety and quality and asking about the efficiency of the line and the product condition.
I run the Proficy system and raw material utilization losses by measuring the diameters of the materials & run them to the target.
I also attend the shift meeting with the operators to discuss the problems of the production line
After that, I attend the daily direction meeting of the production line with the leader of the line to put the next 24 hours’ plan to eliminate the losses.
This meeting discusses the safety and quality problems and develops an action to eliminate the problem.
Then I run the line maintenance report to work on the maintenance of the Mechanical equipment.
Then I run the defects found by the operators & I work on fixing them
Then I work on running the recipe of the line & the center line management report & I work on fixing the deviation
I work on changing the size & the product of the line by changing electrical parts or the software of the production line and the mechanical equipment is adjusted and set to zero mechanics and zero electricity after completion of the operation of the production line and review the cameras of the production line after the operation and to make sure there is no scrap or defects in the photo eye Or sensors are
monitored all parts of the line and the status of the line and follow-up during operation to the end of Shift and if urged any problem at any time contact me personally at any time of the day and fix some problems by contacting me
