Procurement:
• Manage and control Direct and Indirect Purchasing in Saudi Arabia.
• Set and follow up targets for the virtual team members .
• Lead country strategy and action plan and align activities within the Indirect Purchasing team, closely together with stakeholders .
• Ensure that objectives, targets and KPIs on Quality, Delivery Reliability, Cost and Lead-times are met
• Preparation of RFQs, receive quotations, price comparisons and POs issuance.
• Support all purchasing items in the company including technical items, consumables, services & general items.
• Lead sourcing and purchasing process in Saudi Arabia, including supplier selection and validation for agreed components/services, agreement coverage, continuous benchmark of the supply market and long-term capacity management
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
• Collaborate with business to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
• Evaluate existing agreements and find out alternative options to improve purchasing process and reduce the lead time.
Vendors Management:
• Negotiating with external vendors to secure best prices and high quality of goods & services.
• Implementing the registration and qualification of all Wartsila Saudi vendors.
• Manage and improve the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) process implementation locally
Logistics:
• Head and manage the local logistics and warehousing team.
• Make sure of receiving the purchased materials safely through smoothly custom clearance process.
• Distribution of the required material to the end users.
Administration:
Managing and Renewing below services contracts.
• Properties contracts.
• Medical insurance.
• Office maintenance.
• Telecommunication companies services.
• Traveling, Transportations & accommodations.

• Prepare contracts for rental payments.
• Timely renewal of contracts including processing of yearly payments for all company’s rented locations, sites and facilities.

• Manage cancellation of site contracts and “stop payment notification” in coordination with the Finance Department.
• Make and follow- up the processing of renewing the contract payments, access-reference contracts and payment issues, secure auto billing of GSM site and data updating.
• Ensure payment of outlet offices, power agreements and negotiate new rentals.
