• Supervise operation and maintenance of DV and VDU distillation and solvents extraction plant for lubricating oil recycling and other derivatives.
• Insure work-place safety
• Conduct Lab tests (Dissolvent analysis, viscosity, flash point, fire point, color and other tests).
• Insure the product specifications, and process procedures.
• Develop and flow up the process checklist, log sheet, standard operation procedures and other required documents.
• Control on-hand stocks.
• Control raw- black oil delivery and requisitions.

Manage and supervise operation, maintenance, installations and troubleshooting of factory utilities including carbon dioxide (CO2) self generating plant, boilers room, compressed air equipment, cooling plant and other utilities.
Manage utilities equipment (compressors, generators, boilers, HVAC systems, and humidifiers): to assure they are in best operational conditions by a proper / systematic check & maintenance programs. Ensure energy management mainly electrical supply and generators Accountable to keep the building infrastructure and facilities (buildings, environment, gardens, open areas…) in good conditions.
Supervising operation, production, maintenance and manpower in company utilities which include:
1-CO2 Self-generating plant
2-Steam boilers
3-Air pressure compressors
4-Cooling plant
5-Industrial security
6-Plumbing
7-Welding workshop
8-Carpentry
As Plant Engineer:
1. Conduct routine analysis using established standard physic-chemical analytical procedures of in-process and finished products and other samples to assure conformance to established product specifications and standards as required by the Company. .
2. Conduct plant efficiency.
3. Provide technical information and services to manufacturing operations outside of the routine activities conducted to assist in the problem-solving processes or the corrective action activities for product improvement.
4. Conduct the machines preventive and emergency maintenance for Burners-Weishaupt, double acting compressors, ammonia refrigeration compressors, cooling towers and reaction towers, heat exchangers, pumps, actuators, steam boilers and steam accessories.
5. Conduct raw materials (chemicals/spire parts) consumption.
6. Prepare daily, monthly and yearly production and technical reports for CO2 plant and steam boilers.
7. Manage fuel stations (LPG and Gasoil), process of fuel delivery and stock control
As Safety & Fire Fighting Engineer:
1. Anticipate, identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices
2. Develop hazard control methods, procedures, programs, and conduct safety trainings.
3. Responsible for firefighting tools (water system, fire extinguishers movement and maintenance
To conduct tests and quality control analysis in CO2 plant, water treatment and steam.
Teach college students the practical side.
