• Lead intervention teams in new connections and faults repairing of TLP and ADSL with high quality to achive section KPI and customers satisfaction
• Study and analyze network and achivement reports to concentrate on black spots to J find suitable technical solutions
• Assist and give feed back to the concerned manager for setting action plans to reach the targeted department objectives.
• Preparing the needed work order depending on technical reports and faults analysis to s achive the GFR and RF target

• My graduation project was building wireless network in university and connect the engineering faculty offices together and apply some applications like ISA, Video conference and E-learning, My job in the project was planning the network and configure the routers and switchs
• 2009 - B.Sc. Degree in Computer engineering -October 6 University Cairo - Egypt - with grade A
• 2004- Obtained the Certification of General Secondary Education (GSE).
