1. Implemented from Zero the accounting and financial system that because the firm had opened its branch 2 months before my joining.
2. Established an effective accounting, financial control system led to decrease operation expenses with about 10% by eliminating non value added procedures, questioning any waste, and focusing on any abnormal variance.
3. Managed the branch of the company consist of 40 individuals. Including - of course - accounting staff (Here, we see both leadership and management, since managing staff means setting priorities, getting people to work as a team, coaching, having tough discussions... The list goes on.)
4. Led with the top management the process of strategic planning resulted in maximizing the company market share .
5. Put and performed the plan of transforming to one ERP system for all the branches of the company ( 12 branches all over KSA).
6. Achieved the transformation to the VAT environment in the firm.
7. Introduced many training for the company employees in inventory management, VAT application, ethics and maximizing profit what resulted high performance and increased the profit.
8.Recommend solutions to two branches what turned them profitable after being unprofitable for many years.
