•Obtain and review the MEP tender drawings and design specifications thoroughly to study the scope of work needed to make the quotation.
• Review and submission of the complete shop drawings, block work layout, and calculations for the installation to meet all requirements as per the specifications and standards. • Arrange meetings with the client, main contractor, and various subcontractors to discuss technical requirements and coordination between all other MEP services to make the variations in the design drawings.
• Arrange various subcontractors and get a quotation to meet all project specifications and standards at minimum cost.
• Coordinate with the purchase department to select all materials as per the specifications at a lower cost and to arrange delivery at the earliest possible time.
• Delivery of the materials and manpower requirements accurately.
• Assist in the preparation of accurate MEP project programmes; clearly indicate the time frames and activities involved in the project.
• Monitor the progress against the project plan, taking corrective action where required through effective coordination with clients and various types of subcontractors. • Submission of MIR, FIR, IR, and NCR Closing Report
• Preparation of a monthly MEP breakdown bill based on work completion
• Monitoring all works in progress and arranging all safety equipment's to follow the HSE standards from the start to the end of the project.
Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering with first class
