- Commissioning of instrumentation and electrical discipline of the project.
- Providing necessary input to Project controls for scheduling, monitoring and invoicing.
- Vendor Management - monitoring & reviewing of vendor engineering, manufacturing inspections and ensuring timely delivery of material.
- Attending Factory Acceptance Tests.
- Leading internal meeting to monitor the construction progress and ensuring timely resolution of bottle necks.
- Activity Scheduling and resource planning for electrical and instrumentation works.
- Ensuring compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls.
- Co-ordination with engineering team, providing site input for detail engineering. And, interact with vendors, sub-contractors and client to resolve technical issues.
- Reading and implementation of Piping & Instrumentation Diagram(P&ID).
- Responsible for overall execution of Electrical, instrumentation and static Equipment works.
- Guidance in preparation of document like Data sheet, Purchase specification, Instrument Index, I/0 list, Cable Schedule, JB Schedule, Functional Schematic, Loop Diagram, Interlock logic diagram, Cable tray layout, Instrument & JB location layout, Instrument Hook up, Function Loop schematic, Single line diagrams, Wiring schematics.
- Calibration, installation, testing and commissioning of Pressure & Flow control Valves, Temperature(RTD & Thermocouple Skin & Thermowell type),

- Responsible for Interface coordination with Client & Other Contractors.
- To Insure the compliance to project quality plans/procedures and safety regulation
- Loop testing & Functional logic testing of PLC, ESD and fire & Gas System.
Testing and commissioning of Foundation of field bus devices.
- Calibration and Installing of
-Transmitters - Level(Radar, DP), Flow(DP, Ultrasonic and Mass flow meter), Pressure gauge, Temperature(RTD & Thermocouple), Density Meter, Control valve, ESD Valve, MOVs, Fire & Gas detector - Emerson, Yokogawa.
- PLC for Terminal Automation and Tank Farm- GE Proficy machine
- Attend SAT and FAT.
- Provided Operational and Maintenance training
