• Handling the functional responsibilities (8 Business Units) of 500 + employees and reporting to the HR Manager & VP Admin.
• End to end recruitment for multiple positions across the company. Roles in Executive, HR, Accounts, engineering, sales, technicians, labours etc.
• Sourcing candidates through Monster Gulf, Bayt, indeed etc Hire Craft Application Tracking System and using social media platforms LinkedIn, Facebook
• Talent acquisition methodology by foreseeing the upcoming roles in the company and initiate sourcing well in advance to full fill requirement on time.
• Achieved closing recruitment targets on time. Closed important positions by foreseeing employee attrition and sourcing backup profiles
• Creating the job description and posting on all social media
• Interviewing and shortlisting of candidates and managing the overall recruitment till the position is fulfilled.
• Achieved closing of all open positions on time
• Issuing Offer Letters and coordinating for other documents for visa process.
• Employees joining formalities with orientation and induction program
• Issuing work Visa or Business Visa for selected candidates
• Take appointment from various QVC Centre in India, Nepal, Srilanka, Bangladesh & Philippines
• Preparing Transfer and Secondments documents for locally available candidates.
• Preparing Arabic Letter for transferring visa via Ministry of Labour in case of NOC not available.
• Preparing Electronic labour contract (Bilingual) via Ministry of Labour by using smart card.
• Arranging ticket and hotel Reservation for new joiners and for interview candidates.
• Applying new Visa, modifying Visa Via Hukoomi Portal by using smartcard.
• Enrolment of employees into the group Medical insurance and other benefit schemes.
• Assisting with the PRO in processing the employment visas, renewal and cancellation of labour visas.
• Coordinate with IT department for arranging Company Assets such as Access card, company email, Laptop, mobile phone & Sim card for new joiners.
• Preparing, processing and supervising Gratuity/End of Service Benefits settlement calculations.
• Assist in updating Employee Handbook/ HR Manual on all the HR activities.
• Preparing Leave application for employees and calculating their eligible days.
• Coordinate with Payroll in charge for preparing salary, Gratuity and other benefits of the employees.
• Forming and maintaining employee records
• Co-ordinating in office supplies, stationeries
• Ticket booking for employees and managers
• Preparing and arranging Salary certificate for various purpose such as Embassy letter, Bank letter for personal loan, applying credit card, car loan and opening bank accounts, Experience certificate, employment certificate etc.
• Preparing duty roaster for securities and transferring their work location.
• Organize Employee Engagement activities like Annual day, Sports day, and other welfare activities
• Participating in recruitment and firing processes.
• Performing employee background checks and verifying information.
• Conducting exit interviews.
• Overseeing employee orientation and training
• Liaising between employees and management.
• Conducting investigation about the complaints and taking a disciplinary action including Warning Letter, termination etc.
