in summary, I supervise and review payments done by employees and make sure it is clear of any errors and mistakes, i also input payments into the bank portal for payment clearance.

Responsibilities and Duties:
1 - Responsible to verify & record all AISC AP invoices.
2 - Maintain AISC AP aging report and request for payments in an organized and timely manner according to their due dates. 3 - Responsible for the preparation and booking of all AISC payments.
4 - Responsible for the scanning and filing of payment vouchers of both AISC & PN.
5 - Responsible to share bank statement on daily basis to concerns for RV booking.
6 - Preparing AISC banks reconciliations.
7- Responsible to book AISC HO petty cash and maintain the record of it.
8 - Responsible for all AISC bank related communication and related tasks (which includes daily operations, updating signatories’ info, add/deleting signatories, opening/closing account, any related services required from bank.)
9- Reconcile the vendors statement with our books as necessary.
10 - Assisting with audit support as necessary.
Provided auditing work and responsible for creating many companies income and balance statements, provided a professional opinion the company's current financial state.
