• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with HSE policies and standards.
• Coordinate toolbox talks and HSE trainings for workers.
• Support implementation of emergency preparedness plans.
• Monitor and report unsafe practices or hazardous conditions.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards in the workplace. Develop and implement
strategies to mitigate these risks.
• Organize and oversee safety training programs for employees to raise awareness and promote a culture of
safety within the project.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures to ensure the safety of employees in the
event of accidents, fires, or other emergencies.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to identify their root causes and implement corrective and
preventive actions to prevent recurrence.

• Conduct daily SH&E inspections of the project and record both positive/negative findings on the tracker and
ensure immediate corrective actions have been taken.
