I have worked in Towson University as a student consultant which i was helping freshmen and sophomore students to adapt to our curriculum. in addition, i had the opportunity to make a 2 hour presentation to new up coming students who got accepted but did not decide yet to enroll to Towson on why Towson is the better place for you and your career. by doing so, i achieved remote wokt certification and customer service certification.
I have worked on my graduation project called Reach Craft products App. which help handcrafted products to boost more by using my app. it help customers to search in my app in a very easy and find products from many websites in just my app. instead going through many websites and that is time consuming for some customers. after doing a survey. many people said they will use the app instead of websites because it is eaiser and faster.
